• Provide a photobooth for tailgates at Memory Mall

• Work with the Office of Student Involvement to create a Spring event series similar to Pegasus Palooza

• Display student artwork within the Student Union to celebrate the arts

• Work with the RWC to renovate and improve the Lake Claire picnic area

 

Sustainability

• Work with UCF Facilities to increase the number of recycling bins on campus

• Partner with the Arboretum to increase and maintain fleet farming on campus

• Increase the number of vegan and vegetarian options around campus

 

Diversity

• Work with Cultural RSOs to advertise open SGA positions 

• Increase funding for agencies like the Multicultural Student Center that promote diversity on campus

• Market available student-at-large positions for UCF and SGA committees

• Translate funding pages into Spanish and French to make them more accessible

 

Transparency

• Create a survey that elicits student feedback on where they would like A&SF funds to go

• Provide monthly video updates regarding the progress of the Executive Branch

 

Health & Safety

• Promote sexual assault prevention efforts on campus by offering a scholarship for those who complete Green Dot bystander intervention training or a Victim Services workshop

• Expand access to feminine hygiene products in every college building

 

Student Success

• Secure funding for a 24 hour Library

• Create a Students of the Month series that celebrates and recognizes students excelling on or around campus

• Expand the RSO Leadership Summit to be held once a semester to engage more organizations and provide more resources to RSOs

• Provide more advertising for RSOs with an events page on the SGA website that promotes upcoming events and showcase RSO successes

• Update the Funding Page on the SGA website to be more helpful and user friendly

• The creation of a diverse Board of Directors that works year round to work on student-driven legislative priorities to lobby at Day of the Capitol, Rally in Tally, etc.

• Tabling at regional campuses to address the needs of non-traditional students

• Establish a partnership with a clothing retailer to provide discounted prices for professional clothes at the beginning of each semester.
